Regular Vacuuming:
A suction only type vacuum cleaner is recommended We recommend using a vacuum without a beater bar or brush.
Spot Cleaning
Wool rugs wear well but are not stain proof. Attend to stains immediately. The longer the stain reamains increases the possibility of it becoming permanent.
In most causes the general rule is “BLOT, DO NOT RUB”. Take a clean white (lint free) towel or paper towel and blot it over the spill. Continue this process, refreshing the towel often until the spot is gone. Repeat this process with a slightly damp towel and once again with a dry one. If the stain is still visible it is time to call a professional cleaner.
